Saturday 6 February · 10.45–11.45am · Function Room 2 · with Nicole Richards
An invitation to move, reconnect and bloom. Bloom Into Being is a gentle, uplifting and inclusive movement experience, inviting you to reconnect with your body, explore self-expression and rediscover the joy of movement. Combining somatic practices, breathwork, gentle fascia-inspired movement, intuitive dance and music, this workshop creates a welcoming space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. There are no steps to learn, no expectations to perform and no right or wrong way to move. You'll be guided through grounding exercises, gentle body awareness and expressive movement, opening into free dance before returning to stillness, relaxation and reflection. All adults, backgrounds and movement abilities are welcome – no dance experience needed.
